Check out the video tutorials. You need Adobe Flash to view them (they are hosted on YouTube). Reconciling is very easy. Simply enter "Reconcile" mode by taping the check-mark button at the top of the register. Then, just tap the transactions to reconcile them. You will see the rec balance update accordingly.
